This past weekend I learned from a very intelligent woman her philosophy on how to be happy. There are three parts. First buy experiences not things. Second buy time and third give to a charity you are passionate about. To me this is a very valuable way to approach happiness.
Yesterday I wrote about the first part, buying experiences, not things. Today let's look at the second part, buying time.
Buying time what does that mean? Well what would help you do the necessary things in your take up less of your time? For example, cleaning the house. If you make enough money you could hire a cleaning service to come in and do it for you. If not, what are the tools that would make cleaning the floors, the dishes, laundry take less time? What makes preparing meals quicker? How can you use your time more efficiently so you gain time to spend with the people you love and enjoy and to have the experiences you want.
At Shinobi Science we do this through using the formula to stay focussed and aware of each moment giving us more time and space to deal with the unexpected. By staying aware and focussed on each moment, time slows and the most effective choices can be made for our safety and happiness. We are able to choose and guide the unexpected moment to a different path or outcome that is more beneficial to us.
Time is a precious commodity that once spent we can never retrieve. Being able to be more aware and focussed in each moment allows us to use time to create a safe and enjoyable environment and life.
We look forward to training with you.
