It’s going to be a great day!!
I say that every morning when I wake up. Every time I say it, I smile and do a full body stretch like I am diving into a pool. It is part of my ninja mind sciences practice. It sets the tone for the day to be a good one. I do this first thing before I check the weather, my messages, sit up, etc.
To me this practice is like putting on armor for the day against negative thoughts, words and actions both internally and externally. This doesn’t mean I don’t have bad things happen or I am always positive about myself and others but it is a way to prepare myself for dealing with whatever comes my way.
Learning the ninja mind sciences through Shinobi Science has been a life changing practice for me. It gave me the courage to make decisions that I knew I should but lacked the belief in myself to do so. It gave me the strength to find my voice and act to lead a healthier and safer life.
