Today we learned we lost Ninja Mom, Nancy Brazee. For those of you that knew her she was a ball of positive energy. She was ready with a smile and hug whenever she greeted you. She will be dearly missed.
She taught Tai Chi at the dojo and started studying ninpo to see what it was about. She enjoyed the art and decided to continue her training in it. She matched the color of her training slippers to the belt colors as she travelled through the ranks. At seventy she earned her black belt with flourish and lots of laughter. The entire school celebrated her achievement.
At just under five feet watching her toss people around in the dojo was not only incredibly impressive and inspiring it was hilarious. She was every student's cheerleader urging them on saying if I can do this so can you!
We will miss you Ninja Mom!
